Q: Which products are compatible with Mac OS X? |
| A.: All titles except Tristan run under MacOS X. They also run under MacOS 8.6 and 9 (except Monster Fair, Angel Egg and Golden Logres). Requirements: PowerMacintosh (G3 or later recommended) MacOS X 10.1, or MacOS 8.6* and later (Monster Fair, Angel Egg and Golden Logres requires MacOS X) 32MB RAM 50MB hard disk space 800x600 video or higher;32,000 or more colors (Monster Fair requires 1024x768 or higher) *CarbonLib is required for MacOS 8.6 and 9. Q: What's the difference between the older Mac versions of Crystal Caliburn and Loony Labyrinth and new 3.0 versions?

A.: Unfortunately, compatibility problems in certain computers has prevented full-screen mode in these games. We plan to implement it in future updates. We are sorry if it causes you any inconvenience. Till then, you can increase the sizes of these games by manually change your screen resolution.

Q: May I transfer my licence from windows to macintosh, or vice versa? |

A.: The Macintosh and the Windows versions of our games are independent products which are developed separately. Therefore, license transfers between them are not available. We appreciate your understanding. |

Q: Will Tristn be updated to be Mac OS X compatible? |

Q: Is Eight Ball Deluxe available? Is support available for exisitng copies of it? |
| A.: Eight Ball Deluxe Mac was developed by us and distributed by AMTEX, which is no longer in business. And PC version was developed and distributed by AMTEX. Therefore, we regret that we can not sell copies of this game neither for PC nor Mac, or provide support services for them (as we have no user information such as serial numbers). |
