Return and Refund
Because of the charactaristic of the LittleWing products, LittleWing will not accept any return of the used Key-Code. You can return the key-code to have a refund only if: 1. The Key-Code is unused. 2. LittleWing admits to the reason of the return.
In this case, you must destroy the Key-Code and transferring or resales of the Key-Code is strictly prohibited.

It will take about a month or more to complete the refund by your credit card company after LittleWing accepts the return and complete the return process with our credit card company. Please consult with your credit card company as to the details of the refund such as the schedule as LittleWing is not feasible to access such an information nor to take control over such process.

No Warranty
LittleWing shall have no liability with respect to its obligations under this Conditions of Use/Privacy Policy or otherwise to you for special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages even if LittleWing has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall LittleWing's liability for any reason and upon any cause of action whatsoever exceed the payments made by you to purchase the personal Key-Code.

Governing Law and General Provisions.
This Conditions of Use/Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of Japan. If any part of this Conditions of Use/Privacy Policy is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Conditions of Use/Privacy Policy, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Conditions of Use/Privacy Policy may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of LittleWing.
